You can ask us to delete your TAIIP Truck Track account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. Use the form below, or the app, or email us. All three reach the same place.
In the app. Open TAIIP Truck Track and go to Account > Delete account.
By email. Write to admin@pastinsolutions.com from the address on your account.
When we action your request we remove:
Some operational records cannot be deleted on request, because Australian transport and work health and safety law requires them to be kept, and because they belong to your employer or fleet operator rather than to us.
We will tell you what has been retained and why when we confirm your deletion.
Deletion completes within 30 days of your request. We may need to verify your identity first, so make sure you use the email address on your account.
Accounts are also deleted automatically three months after your last sign-in, without you needing to do anything.
